Amazing day with my friend, guys were so friendly and the guys educated us while going to the different places. Alex who we booked with was super friendly. Shark bay and the salt pools were amazing. We booked an guided tour of Sol, just me and my wife with Alex Nice Tours on 17th September for 18th, and were given clear and good information, from Debbie, very nice lady. We were collected by Ricky at the time of our chose, Ricky was professional and polite, he explained where we could go on the island. Excellent service!!
Alex tours communicated well and regularly on WhatsApp messages and calls. Nothing was too much trouble. We opted for the private tour for me and my Mum due to her disability. Mum also has an electric scooter with her. Our guide for the day was Ricky. Very helpful and informative. Got Mums scooter in and out the 4x4. He also drove as close as you can get to the sites for her which a general shared ride can’t do. We could take our time as the day and transport with Ricky was at our leisure. We went to: yellow sharks, lions head, tour of capital, tour of Palmeira, salt lake, tour of small village Murdeira with beautiful little Catholic Church and tour of Santa Maria. Lunch was Lobster at Restaurant Club Palmeira - the best lobster I’ve ever had! Ricky booked our table and menu in advance as you can’t always get in it’s that busy. Fantastic!
